Dear All
I would like to wrote to say how much we appreciated your services at our son's marriage to Joanne this Saturday.
Not only was the food first class but the manner in which your staff carried out their duties was both efficient and friendly.
The pre marriage arrangements were excellent and nothing was too much trouble and lifted a lot of stress from us when having to make any alterations or changing menus for vegans or any other choices.
I would advise anyone considering the use of any catering establishment for any purpose to choose PJ taste and they will not be disappointed.

You made my birthday celebration so very special and I can't thank you all enough.
The dining room looked absolutely amazing and we were all blown away by the ambience you created. I loved the flowers and the candles and how the table was presented, it was just perfect.
The food was, to say the least, truly scrumptious, what a banquet ... Your caterers did an amazing job of designing a menu suited to my very specific dietary needs and somehow managed to include all of my favourite things. That sounds very Julie Andrews !!
Anyway I can't recommend you enough ... absolutely brilliant night and one to remember.

PJ Taste really care about good food and service. We worked with Peter to develop our own local and seasonal vegetarian wedding menu. Peter listened to what we wanted, offering great advice and limitless options with the foods we wanted to include. They have the skills to make anything you want - really well. We had a large wedding and chose PJ Taste over other caterers because of their passion for food, and their great customer service - we really felt that Peter cared about us and our choices, we never felt steered into having a particular menu as they offered us the freedom to develop our own. PJ Taste are incredibly professional, they know food, they know the local area, they understand their customers are individuals and adapt to meet your needs. Their service ahead of the wedding and on the day was fantastic, seamless... and the food was amazing in presentation and taste. We're delighted we chose PJ Taste!

Gemma and I are now back from our travels and we'd like to say thankyou to you and your team for looking after us so brilliantly on our wedding day. We appreciated how efficient, flexible and easy to deal with you were on the day as well as the day before and also Peter's previous meetings with us, but also we loved the food and a great number of our guests made a point of telling us how great the food was. It was also great to feel so relaxed about the reception and not at all worried about it's progress as John took great care of this. Your staff were very friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy doing what they are doing and it was lovely to have them around...I hope you enjoyed it too!

Lyndsey and I just wanted to send you an e-mail to thank everyone at PJ Taste who was involved in our wedding on Saturday, you guys were literally amazing.
The preparation, flexibility and support prior to the wedding was so helpful and supportive. Each and every one of your staff on the day were brilliant and so friendly to both myself and Lyndsey, but all our guests too.
The food was quite simply perfect - we have genuinely had so many comments and feedback about the quality of the food and how great it was (one even asked for the recipe for the bacon and leek pie?!).
We could not have been anymore happy - you were an integral part of our day and helped make it the most amazing and perfect day - we hoped you enjoyed it too inbetween all the hard work.
If there's anything that we can do in the form of feedback just let us know - you're more than welcome to use this mail or we can be more specific if needed...anything you want. When we get the photos, and if there's any with the actual meal/food part, you're more than welcome to use them.
Oh, and when clearing up, we found one of your coffee cup and saucers - I'll drop it up to your West Street shop sometime this week.

Dear Peter, John, Gill and team, We wanted to write with a proper thank you for everything PJ taste did for our big day. We had such a brilliant day and you all took the pressure off in so many little (and not so little) ways that made a huge difference.
The Food was gorgeous and the pre meetings with Peter were great as they allowed us lots of discussion time and we were confident that everything would be as we hoped on the day (which it was!). We had so many comments on the unique style of the food, the nettle tempura and especially the delicious pizza.
Big thanks also to John who was quietly buzzing around the site and making sure everything was happening on time. This was an added bonus for us and think it's a really valuable part of the PJ taste service.

We wanted to say what a brilliant job you did for our wedding. The food was fantastic, and very much in keeping with our original thoughts about how it could be, which you seemed very in tune with. The service was outstanding - even the set up the day before was incredibly professional and the rapport with the guests on the day was great. We like our food and drink (!) so this element was really important to us and you were very accommodating to help us make the celebration just as we wanted it. We had loads of positive comments - one person said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had and someone else remarked on how relaxed it all was. Firstly just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help to make our wedding day so special i have had nothing but fantastic feedback on the food, service and extra help you gave us to make the day run smoothly.
The waiting staff were attentive, helpful and in a strange way it was as though you wasn't even there, just floating in serving and then disappearing again! Is really a credit to your company, they were all so lovely and please pass on my thank yous.
The food was amazing, and such good sized portions I couldn't fault it. And the hog roast in the evening - I've had people tell me on the Sunday that it was the best pork sarni they had ever had! Was a little worrying when Cameron our next door neighbours little one kept coming up to tell me that penny was almost eaten up though!
I will certainly be thinking of you all for future events, both with my personal and work hats on.

Dear Peter, John and Gill,
We just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you so much for everything you did for the wedding; we truly had the best day ever.
The food was absolutely amazing and we've had lots of comments from people saying it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. From the canapés to the BBQ and the puddings, it was all delicious.
Despite the rain, which I'm sure made your job twice as hard, you were helpful and professional all day, organising all the tables and drinks effortlessly and smoothly. Thanks also for your expertise on timings and for doing things outside of your remit, namely providing the ice bucket and for all your help with Dick on the heater which I know was a pain but you did a fantastic job on sorting it!
We were delighted with everything and will have no hesitation in recommending you to all our friends and family.
Hope John enjoyed his well-deserved rest on his birthday. Thank you all again for everything!

From the moment we met up to discuss the wedding, months in advance, we knew that PJ taste were the caterers for us, with a brilliant range of menu options, more than enough flexibility to make the meal and drinks reception really personal, and offering top-quality local produce which is also great value. The feedback on the day was very heart-felt. I am so so pleased that we had you as our caterers.
The day before the wedding, we chatted through the details with two members of staff, and I just knew that it was all going to go smoothly and could just totally relax. The food was obviously totally gorgeous, with lots of guests commenting on how lovely it was (and it was served at the perfect temperature, which I imagine must be very difficult with 80 people to look after). But perhaps even more importantly for me, was that the service was just spot on. So friendly, professional and yet not at all intrusive, you were all so efficient that the whole things seemed to run like magic. The team must have worked extremely hard on the day but it all just appeared and then disappeared again, with no fuss whatsoever. Thank you so much for being so amazing!! And lovely!!!

We know that Helen and Chris will be contacting you when they return from honeymoon, but as the parents of the bride, we just wanted to thank you for the outstanding way in which you catered for and ran the wedding breakfast and the evening catering too. We were impressed from the first moment we met you at your Glossop Road outlet when we had a food tasting you had prepared. You did everything we asked, John was unflappable and very reassuring the day before the wedding and made everything work fantastically well on the day. From the moment we arrived for drinks and canapes we felt in experienced hands, everything was done beautifully and the whole day and evening ran seemlessly thanks to John's managment. Many many guests commented to us on the excellence of the food, the impeccable service, the organisation combined with the informal atmosphere in the marquee. Our guests loved the tapas style food and you overcame the challenges our rather narrow tables presented, just making it work brilliantly. The evening buffet was also delicious - beautiful homemade breads, delicious local cheeses, everything done with great care about the quality of the food and the presentation. Upon arrival at the Barn everything looked so lovely and we just gave a sigh of relief when we knew that you were in charge of the rest of the proceedings!
The food was delightful, beautifully presented, hot, plenty of it and wonderfully served. We hardly knew you were there. You were quick efficient and yet so pleasant. I am just writing to commend the service of one of your staff, I was
visiting Sheffield a couple of saturdays ago and was at the train station
branch. I was in a rush to catch the train and so it was a very abrupt
visit. I ended up dropping my coffee over the floor but the waitress sat me
down immediately, told me not to worry. She cleaned the mess up straight
away and got me another coffee immediately, despite the fact that the cafe
was very busy. I would like to thank the staff for making me feel welcome,

"We just wanted to pass on our huge thanks again for the absolutely fantastic catering at our wedding. We had so many comments on the exceptional food from our guests which was such a joy for us as getting the food spot on was really important to me and Michael.
Even more thanks for cooking to perfection the gorgeous Beef Wellington that we insisted on having. We know it's not an easy dish to get right even if cooking for a handful of people, let alone 90. Add to that a power cut pre-main course and we were beyond impressed with how you pulled it off. You and your staff took the stress away from us during what was no doubt a tense moment for you, but this certainly did not show.
We wanted to share with you one memorable snippet from one of our guests who is of the age where he's currently going to at least 3 weddings a year, “that was genuinely the best wedding food I have tasted”.
We were delighted and this sentiment was confirmed when we walked round the marquee after the main course and saw that all the plates were clean.
