PJ taste are proud to announce that they are working in collaboration with Bromley Technologies Ltd to develop some new and exciting food products that meet the needs of high energy individuals in todays fast paced world. These foods will initially help support the performance nutrition needs of the Winter Sports athletes in the "Bromley Formula Ice" initiative. Bromley Formula Ice was conceived to develop the world's fastest sled technology, supporting three local athletes, 2008 World Champion and Triple Crown Skeleton athlete Kristan Bromley, and Shelley Rudman and Nicola Minichiello 2009 World Champion in the Two Women Bobsleigh. Uganda Medicine Appeal Fundraiser
On Sunday the 6th September PJ taste were pleased to help raise £305 to support an expedition to Uganda by Dawn , Sister of Andrea
our PJ taste Supervisor. A regular group of Andrea's moutain biking friend's donated money at a post ride BBQ donated by PJ taste.
Dawn was overwhelmed by the amount raised and is sure it will help towards providing much needed medicines, dressings and other essential
medical supplies in short suppy in Uganda.

We will follow Donna's story as she travels out to Uganda in October 2009. Before she left she said
"In October we are travelling to Uganda, to Atatur hospital as part of an NHS link between Greystones medical centre and the hospital to provide support, advice and education.
The hospital serves a rural community, it is very poor and has vast problems including ; lack of running water, lack of basic equipment, severe understaffing, overcrowding 100-200 children (on a 36 bedded ward !), no toilets, defunct x-ray and lab equipment, limited or nonexistent supply of essential drugs, little or no access to education or training for staff and often they don’t get paid. The list goes on!
So thank you once again for providing the wonderful hot buffet after our huge mountain bike ride around the peak district and donating ALL the proceedings!
The company was fun and the sun shone. I hope everyone had a great, if exhausting , time and the food you provided was delicious (I’ve never tried water buffalo before!)
I have ordered some equipment with the cash and any surplus will be given to the hospital to buy further equipment and drugs.
PJ taste cater at the public opening of Centenary Riverside showcasing our new sparkling local apple juice.
