Valentines Chocolate and Gin Workshop - 11th February 2020

Perhaps “workshop” is the wrong word for an evening of indulgence but at least it sounds industrious when booking the slot with the boss!

So on the evening of Tuesday 11th of February do join us for an opportunity to get hands on chocolate making and gin tasting. There will be an opportunity to make chocolates to take away on the night and a structured gin tasting. Places are limited so if you are interested or feel it would be a great gift idea please complete the expression of interest form below. Introduction to the world of Gin

Learn how Gin is made, how house styles differ and what makes Sheffield Gin unique whilst enjoying your favourite gin with mixer.

Filling moulds and making ganache fillings. Simple chocolate truffles and filled chocolate shapes. Some chocolate decorating effects: run outs, transfers and baubles.

Hands on opportunity to fill your own moulds, domes, heart shapes and chocolate bars
