Drinks
Quite robust and structured, yet at the same time is made in a modern fruity style. A powerful red fruit nose combines with pepper and cinnamon. A lingering spicy mouthfeel with well structured, smooth tannins.
"Le Grand Duc takes its name from the large and powerful eagle-owl often found hunting for small mammals amongst the twisting vines of many French vineyards. Majestic and barrel shaped, the commanding aristocratic presence of the bird leads to its nickname, The Grand Duke".
Handmade Chocolates
We make these 100g bars using 54% Callebaut Chocolate and chillies grown by John (the “J” in PJ taste) on his allotment in Killamarsh

A large sharing disc of PJ taste chocolate made with the excellent Schokinag Milk Chocolate Couverture (32%) - minimum of 160g
