An all inclusive weekend of entertaining at Hollywood House
We have noticed that their is a growing trend for families to hire lovely houses in the Peak District and enjoy an away from it all weekend for special celebratory events. Such was the occasion recently when PJ taste provided a full weekend of catering and support services at Hollywood House near Belper in the South Derbyshire dales. We enjoy ensuring that everything is perfect and loved the families feedback.
Managed by Tracy from PJ taste our support included organising expert on site hairdressing, making the celebratory cake, providing Friday night pizza from our wood fired oven, a Saturday brunch and black tie fine dining dinner on Saturday. Its all the little touches behind the scenes which we really work on to ensure that we deliver above expectations. Over the weekend we managed last minute helium gas issues (ballons you know) loaned dinner jackets and looked after the children!

It has been too long coming but just to say how amazing you & your team were & everything you did to make our weekend at Hollywood House so special , I will treasure the memories we made with friends & family & from comments & snippets from them so will everyone who went.
Tracy it wasn't just about the food but saying that the food was amazing from the pizza oven to the simple breakfast sandwiches to the dinner on Saturday. The bacon sandwiches were just soooo delicious , hot & tasty clearly made with best ingredients. All the food was amazing so many people said how delicious the lamb was, in fact everyone said the food & your warm & friendly service was amazing
You hit the mark of how I wanted the event to be spot on , you are so professional Tracy
We together achieved that informal special atmosphere from hanging about in our dressing gowns with bacon sarnis whilst you got the room ready to the "Red Carpet" Event on Saturday
From your recommendation of Shona who was amazing , the loan of Dinner Jackets , helping with the photo wall , entertaining the children you went above & beyond my expectations & I really enjoyed spending time with you on the run up to the event
So a huge , enormous, grateful Thank You, you listened to what I wanted & delivered.
I wish you all the success in the world at your new venue & we will hopefully have a chance to visit at one occasion or another
