We are extremely proud to have been shortlisted as a contender for this years "Excellence in Customer Service Award" as part of the Sheffield Business Awards.
We entered for this award as customer service is the key priority for all of us within the business. We have always encouraged a multi-skilled team where everyone, including the chefs, experiences direct, face to face customer contact. This enables us all to have a greater understanding of what our customers need and avoids the risk of hierarchy or inflated egos.
Its a credit to the hard work of all our staff to have been shortlisted and of course to all our lovely guests who keep encouraging us to keep on keeping on.
